Fiscal and Operations-Human Resources – West Philadelphia
Manages human resources functions including, but not limited to, employee relations, recruitment, selection and employment.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or closely related field
- 3-5 years work experience in human resources management and employee relations
- Proven knowledge of and skill in problem solving in a manner consistent with established standards, practices, policies and procedures, including compliance with federal, state and local laws
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Computer and database literate.
